Jo's Swahilli and Xhosa product names are inspired by her love of Africa and her ancestral links to the Zulus. Jo Wood's inspiration for her ECOCERT certified organic range of natural skin care and bath and body products came from a personal journey through ill-health and recovery. After being mis-diagnosed with Chrone's disease, Jo switched to an all-organic diet, which provided dramatic health benefits. As a result she adopted an entirely organic lifestyle, and focused her energy on creating Jo Wood Organics: a sophisticated and decadent range of organic fragrance, bath and body and skincare products. Jo was voted Woman of the Year in 2008 by Gracia. In 2009 Jo visited us in Guernsey and her products are true to her personality: simply beautiful.
