Founded in 1875, Charbonnel et Walker is one of Britain?s earliest luxury chocolatiers. Encouraged by Edward VII, the company first formed as a partnership between Mrs Walker and Madame Charbonnel, who brought her expertise from the Maison Boissier chocolate house in Paris. The original Charbonnel et Walker shop opened in Mayfair and has remained in Bond Street ever since. Every chocolate is carefully hand crafted, according to traditional recipes and natural ingredients. Charbonnel et Walker is endorsed by the Royal Warrant as chocolate manufacturers to Her Majesty The Queen: and it's no suprise, as Charbonnel et Walker is utterly unforgettable, and always provides the perfect gift.
