Delivery Information

Once we have received your order and payment, we will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

We endeavour to process your order on the: (a) same day for all orders received before 12.00 noon (GMT) between Monday and Friday; and (b) following Monday (excluding public holidays in the UK) for all orders received on a Saturday or Sunday; however, we do ask for your patience during busy periods and public holidays in the UK. You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on our website.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Details

The following is an indication of our shipping costs (as at August 2011). The amounts may be updated from time to time as and when local postage rates are amended. At plaisirsboutique.com we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries that are due to circumstances beyond our control.

UK Mainland: UK Standard Signed For Delivery Free (for Orders Over £75) or £4.50 (for Orders Under £75)

Standard Signed For Delivery for UK orders over £75.00 are free.

Orders dispatched for registered delivery in the UK are generally delivered within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

UK includes the Channel Islands.

UK Special Delivery £8.50

(Please allow 1 - 2 business days)
Orders dispatched for special delivery in the UK are generally delivered within 24 - 48 hours from the time of dispatch. For next day delivery, please place orders before 12.00 noon (GMT) Monday to Friday as we cannot guarantee next day delivery of orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT) on Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot presently offer next day delivery on a Saturday or a Sunday.

Europe Signed For Delivery £12.50

Once orders destined for Europe are placed and dispatched for delivery, they are generally delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

International Registered Delivery £17.50

(Please allow 8 - 12 business days)
Once International orders are placed and dispatched for delivery they are generally delivered within 8-12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
