If you found a heart shaped pebble on the beach, what would you do with
it?
Well, Bamford picked up the heart pebble and used it to create a mould.
This mould was then used for the shape of their soap, hence the name
'Pebble'. Milled in Provence, France with natural and organic
ingredients, Bamford's pebble soaps are fragranced with an invigorating
blend of eucalyptus, lavenderm perppermint, geranium and tonka bean..how
does they all fit in!

Shipping Costs and Delivery Details
The following is an indication of our shipping costs (as at March 2015). The amounts may be updated from time to time as and when local postage rates are amended. At plaisirsboutique.com we do our best to ensure that your order is delivered within the specified time. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed or late deliveries that are due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders dispatched for special delivery in the UK are generally delivered within 24 - 48 hours from the time of dispatch. For next day delivery, please place orders before 12.00 noon (GMT) Monday to Friday as we cannot guarantee next day delivery of orders placed after 12.00 noon (GMT) on Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot presently offer next day delivery on a Saturday or a Sunday.

Once orders destined for Europe are placed and dispatched for delivery, they are generally delivered within 5-8 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.

Once International orders are placed and dispatched for delivery they are generally delivered within 8-12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
We apologise but Special Delivery services are not available on International orders.
When you cancel a Contract and return a Product(s) to us within the seven day period stated in clause 4.1 (for instance, because you have cancelled the Contract between us, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your entitlement refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We are unable to accept returns on items of lingerie, swimwear, earrings. The Product(s) you return must be in new, unused and unworn condition with all original packaging and tags still attached as we will not accept any item with any indication that is has been used or worn. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods that have been opened or used or damaged or worn by you after receipt. In such cases, plaisirsboutique.com reserves the right to refuse to accept such item(s) and to return the same to the purchaser without refund.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective Product. Time is not of the essence.
If you are returning a Product(s) to us because of a defect you will be entitled to a full refund (including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us) or replacement. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to, and received by, Plaisirs before the refund or replacement can be issued.
If you are returning a Product(s) within the seven-day cancellation period (see clause 6.1 above) you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the Product(s) but you will not be entitled to a refund of the delivery charges. The Product(s) must be returned to, and received by, Plaisirs before the refund can be issued. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
When returning items you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. The Product(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We therefore recommend that you send the goods using a delivery company that insures you for the value of the goods.

SagePay
When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police).
